as soon as Peter sees this. :-)  Peter:  Another problem:  There were
two files modified in -current; installUpgrade.c and label.c.  Of the two,
only label.c is branched properly (re: our earlier conversation with apache.c).
I don't know what effect this has, if any, but just FYI..

Bump REVISION to "2.1.5" and BRANCH to "RELEASE" in preperation for 2.1.5
