Fixed breakage of gdbreplay's and gdbserver's BINDIR in previous commit.

They may belong in /usr/libexec/{aout,elf}, but objformat doesn't
support that.

Fixed bogus `?=' assignments for BINDIR.

Fix GDB so that it can handle ELF core dumps.
