 - New length modifiers: hh, j, ll, t, z.

Still to do:
 - %C, %S, %lc, %ls (wide character support)
 - %a/%A (exact hex representation of floating-point numbers)

Removed old compatability equivalents:
 - %D for %ld, %O for %lo, %X for %lx, %E and %F for %le &amp; %lf (these
   were buggy anyway, since they should have represented %Le &amp; %Lf).
 - %[unknown uppercase char] for %ld, %[unknown lowercase char] for %d
