This commit was manufactured to restore the state of the 3.3-RELEASE image.
Releases prior to 5.3-RELEASE are omitting the secure/ and crypto/ subdirs.

are given chroot access. "~/etc/{s}pwd.db" files are still
needed if uid/gid-&gt;user/group translation is desired.

To enable this it must be compiled with the make variable

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.
