This commit was manufactured to restore the state of the 4.1-RELEASE image.

Make the following changes to PicoBSD kernel configurations:

	- to account for recent changes in MFS:
		add pseudo-device md
		replace MFS_ROOT with MD_ROOT
	- replace deprecated "disk" with "device"
