Backout previous change (removal of -I${.CURDIR}/../../sys/netinet).

This is needed to pick up the right headers.  Wrong headers from
src/contrib/ipfilter are used otherwise.

The right fix would be to fix contrib/ipfilter C sources to pick up
headers from .
