This commit was manufactured to restore the state of the 2.2.1-RELEASE image.
Releases prior to 5.3-RELEASE are omitting the secure/ and crypto/ subdirs.

I'm sure John Fieber will scream at me concerning some magic symbol
buried *somewhere* in this, but I can't find the last mail he sent me
about such things so if my fears prove correct, we can just fix it
for the release.

When I booted my system without the above option, the CDROM could not
respond in time to the bootup probe of devices and was "missed".  When
I tried to access the device I got the "Device not configured" error
message.  I rebuilt the kernel with the SCSI_DELAY option and the
problem went away.
