Make the threatened fts(3) ABI fix. Comparison functions can now make use of the new parent pointer to access the new stream-specific private data pointer, which is intended to assist creation of reentrant library routines which use fts(3) internally. Not objected to in spirit by: -arch

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.
