This commit was manufactured to restore the state of the 2.0-RELEASE image.
Releases prior to 5.3-RELEASE are omitting the secure/ and crypto/ subdirs.

<title>Import NetBSD version of dbsym (below is rlog of there version), and add</title>

headers, and a few other insignificant changes.

-f      force; don't complain if db_symtab is missing
