This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.

Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore.  This update would have been
insane otherwise.

Add a little program to test the functionality of RSRR by getting

a vif list and printing it a la netstat -g (but simpler).  This
doesn't get installed, so there's no man page.

Make it compile and (except for mrouted which is untested as yet) run.

Some of these ``modified'' files aren't really modified at all, but CVS
isn't smart enough to know the difference.
