The first thing under the "How to Subscribe" header should be the
subscription instructions. Move the intructionis for posting a little further down and explicitly mention that subscriptions/unsubscriptions should be posted to majordomo--not the lists. PR: docs/40648 Submitted by: David Schultz <dschultz@uclink.Berkeley.EDU>
