+このコマンドは実行中のネームサーバに \s-1SIGKILL\s+1 を送り、

+にネームサーバが実行されるよう記述されていれば、新たに起動します。
+ネームサーバが実際に動作しているか確認をしないため、古い PID キャッシュ
+ファイルが残っていると無関係なプロセスを停止させてしまうことがあり得ます。

+古いサーバにシグナルを送った後、プロセスの完了を待たずに新しいサーバを起動
+します。完了に時間がかかり、古いサーバが残ったまま新しいサーバが起動して
+致命的エラーとなると、ネームサーバの動作していない状態に放置されることに
