のようにブロックサイズを記述する、null で終わるストリングのポインタを
返します。

によって参照されるメモリ
は、(終端の null を含まない)このストリングの長さによって満たされます。

で参照されるメモリは、バイト数によるブロックサイズによって満たされます。
