は、現在のプロセスの実際のユーザ ID (グループ ID) を
設定します。

処理が成功すると、これらの関数は 0 を返します。
そうでない場合は \-1 が返されます。

ユーザがスーパーユーザでない場合、または指定された uid
が実際のすなわち有効な ID でない場合、これらの関数は
\-1 を返します。

これらの呼び出しの使用は移植可能ではありません。
