.I opieinfo
はオプションとしてユーザ名を取り、
現在のユーザもしくは指定されたユーザの現在のシーケンス番号と種を
OPIE キーデータベースから取り出して表示します。
opiekey は
Bellcore's S/Key Version 1 の
.IR keyinfo (1)
プログラムと互換ですが、リモートシステム名を指定できないところが違います。

を使用して将来の OPIE 応答リストを生成しておくことにより、
OPIE 計算機を持たずに出かけてもシステムにログインできるようになります。
そのためには、次のように実行します:
