www/p5-Plack-Middleware-DBIx-DisconnectAll: Add p5-Plack-Middleware-DBIx-DisconnectAll 0.02
Plack::Middleware::DBIx::DisconnectAll calls DBIx::DisconnectAll at end of
request and disconnects all database connections.
This modules is useful for freeing resources.
