QCT - Qt/PyQt based commit tool

Primary goals:

  1. Platform agnostic (Linux, Windows, MacOS, Cygwin -- and FreeBSD now)
  2. VCS agnostic (bazaar, cvs, git, mercurial, monotone, perforce, subversion)
  3. Good keyboard navigation, keep the typical work-flow simple
