GTKFIG is a figure-drawing tool. It aims to do what can be done with xfig,
texcad and SmartDraw (TM) (a scheme drawing tool for MS Windows).

GTKFIG is not:
  - Bitmap graphic editor
  - Vector graphic editor (like Corel)
  - CAD system
