Qt is a cross-platform application and UI framework for developers
using C++ or QML, a CSS/JavaScript-like language.

Classes for displaying the contents of SVG files. Supports a subset of the
SVG 1.2 Tiny standard. A separate library of Qt SVG Widgets C++ Classes provides
support for rendering SVG files in a widget UI.
