- The default key-binding is now "egg" style.  See the following line in
  in ${LOCALBASE}/lib/X11/app-defaults/Kinput2:

*CcWnn.ccdef:	ccdef.kinput2.egg

- The default CcWnn.Jserver is now "unix"; via unix domain socket.  To use
  TCP/IP, modify the following line:

*CcWnn.Jserver:	unix

  Note that $JSERVER environment variable can be used to override the
  configuration file.
