Remove non-FreeBSD ifdefs from dt_link.c.
This file is too complicated as it is and has diverged a fair bit from illumos due to toolchain differences, so just drop unused code (including SPARC support). MFC after: 1 week Sponsored by: The FreeBSD Foundation
