Vendor import of tzdata2010i:vendor/tzdata/tzdata2010i
- Marocca will have DST this year between May and August - Historical data for Taiwan - No more DST for the Argentinian province/state San Luis this year. Obtained from: ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/
