Update DTS files from Linux 4.12
Notable changes:
Allwinner:
* H3/H5 were merged into a common dtsi file
* include/dt-bindings/sun4i-a10.h is not included anymore
in a lot of dts files
* Add sun8i-h3-nanopi-neo-air board DTS file
