Mk/bsd.port.mk: remove elfv2 workaround
Binutils is not present anymore on elfv2 systems.
Fixes build of audio/invada-studio-plugins-lv2:
/usr/local/bin/ld: unrecognized option '-B/usr/local/bin'
/usr/local/bin/ld: use the --help option for usage information
