Merge llvm-project release/17.x llvmorg-17.0.2-0-gb2417f51dbbd

This updates llvm, clang, compiler-rt, libc++, libunwind, lld, lldb and
openmp to llvmorg-17.0.2-0-gb2417f51dbbd.
