Change/fix some changed/broken links:
- BSD Mall does not exist anymore. - FreeBSDMall link updated. - Repair the link to the "INN FAQ". - ntfs-3g is located at tuxera.com. - Update links to x.org/freedesktop.org/ALTQ. Found by: /usr/ports/www/linkcheck
