Merge the Updating chapter into the Cutting Edge chapter, and rename the
new chapter "Updating and Upgrading FreeBSD." Update other chapters to reference the new chapter name. While here, add Audit chapter to the preface section. Reviewed by: murray, manolis, remko, pgj, -doc
