FreeBSD/pc98 support was removed from 12.0 in r312910, so
update the pc98 platform page accordingly. Remove a broken URL to the 12-CURRENT hardware notes (which was originally how the stale pc98 page was discovered in the first place). Sponsored by: The FreeBSD Foundation
