- More spelling fixes for (Perl, Ruby, etc.) and a typo in previous commit
- Clean up "its" vs. "it's" using throughout the file; expand some contractions where looked appropriate - More readability and formatting fixes of usual nature. This should hopefully cover year 2004 entries
