Initial import of jinzora 3.0
Jinzora is the premiere web based media management system. It allows you to easily stream your media, both audio and video from your webserver to virtualy any media player that supports streaming (WMP, Winamp, Foobar, XMMS, iTunes, etc).

+1) Create a user and a database for jinzora to store all
+ its tables in (or choose an existing database).
+
+2) Add the following to your Apache configuration, and
+ restart the server:
