PORTNAME was changed to camel-case because that's the name of the .whl
file that it builds, and Mk/Uses/python.mk assumes that PORTNAME and
.whl names are same.

Another attempt at fixing the intermittent build failures on FreeBSD
13.X and 14.X. No failures are observed on 15.X. The failures depend
on system load and are not affected by MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE=yes.
The failures are caused by nm failing with "Invalid argument".
nm --version reports "nm (elftoolchain r3769)" on 13.X and 14.X,
but
llvm-nm, compatible with GNU nm
LLVM (http://llvm.org/):
LLVM version 19.1.7
Optimized build with assertions.
on 15.X. llvm-nm is available on 13.X and 14.X, and does not exhibit
the failure. The root cause is unknown.
Switch many uses of nm to llvm-nm.
Re-enable parallel builds.

Re-add the print/tex-formats RUN_DEPENDS from before the rename,
as a TeX editor without a distribution is nearly useless.
Upstream URLs were updated but only GL_ACCOUNT was accounted for,
so fix WWW and other places to match. Bump PORTREVISION mostly for
this metadata change.
While here, move the manual build step prior to the main build into
pre-build rather than overriding do-build.

The Apache OpenOffice ports frequently fail to build with errors similar
to:
nm: '../unxfbsdi.pro/slo/b2dcubicbezier.o': Invalid argument
but only parallel builds on 13.X and 14.X. I've never seen this on
15.0-CURRRENT. The root cause is not yet known.
Disable parallel builds for FreebSD < 15.0.

Non-fatal console warnings were generated when running vim-gtk3 and 2.
This is due to certain loadable modules moving from gdk-pixhuf to
gdk-pixbuf-extras.

This is a follow up to the commit 230fb2661c78, which updated some
ports' dependencies on devel/py-lxml to devel/py-lxml5. It was an
attempt to follow the dependency change of
www/py-beautifulsoup. However, the switch was incomplete and broke
some other ports.
It has turned out that the ports depending on devel/py-lxml (at
version 4.9.3) does not limit their dependencies' upper bound to 4.x
except for one (devel/py-pymaven-patch). So updating them to
devel/py-lxml5 (at version 5.4.0) should cause no harm.
This commit switch dependencies of all the ports (except
devel/py-pymaven-patch) to devel/py-lxml5 avoid potential conflicts.
