unifdef -D__FreeBSD__ to remove the OpenBSD support
OpenBSD never accepted this driver, and instead wrote their own minimal one (sys/dev/acpi/tpm.c for suspending the device). Reviewed by: stevek, emaste Differential Revision: D10321
