Document two missing error conditions for mq_open(2):
- EINVAL: returned when mq_maxmsg exceeds kern.mqueue.maxmsg or
mq_msgsize exceeds kern.mqueue.maxmsgsize.
- ENFILE: add kern.mqueue.maxmq sysctl name to the existing entry.
