sdhci_fsl_fdt: Allow setting extra quirks
Respect the `hw.sdhci.quirk_set` and `hw.sdhci.quirk_clear` tunables in
the QorIQ eSDHC driver. This lets us tweak quirks for debugging or
platform specifics.
