Change for Africa/Casablanca: - The 3rd april 2011 at 00:00:00, [it] will be 3rd april 1:00:00 - The 31th july 2011 at 00:59:59, [it] will be 31th July 00:00:00 Update for SouthAmerica/Chili: - Chile's clocks will go back an hour this year on the 7th of May instead of this Saturday. They will go forward again the 3rd Saturday in August, not in October as they have since 1968. This is a pilot plan which will be reevaluated in 2012. Obtained from: ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/
