A patch for the meteor device driver. It fixes:
1) A spelling error pointed out by Paco Hope. 2) A bug in the range checking routing pointed out by Jim Bray. 3) Enables the setting of frames per second. Submitted-By: Jim Lowe <james@miller.cs.uwm.edu>
