Reduce very common console messages:
Receive error rdes3=30208000
As observed on the VisionFive v2 hardware after some large transfers.
Differentiate between overflow errors and others. Report the errors when
the length is non-zero (overflow errors).
Also, count errors for netstat purposes.

u-boot/opensbi determines the ethernet MAC address from ROM and passes
it to the OS in the device tree. This change sets the correct MAC
address from this source. This prevents the eqos class driver from
generating random MAC addresses at each boot.
Tested on Starfive VisionFive 2, riscv64 SBC.

Deleting a child explicitly before calling bus_generic_detach is now
redundant, so remove those calls and rely on bus_generic_detach to
delete children instead.

The hash filter table order in the GMAC matches the order of the top
bit of the hashed destination address. See the description of
GMAC_MAC_Hash_table_Reg0 in RK3568 TRM part 2, section 20.4.2.

We've removed kernel option EXT_RESOURCES almost two years ago.
While it was ok to have some code under a common 'extres' subdirectory
at first, we now have a lot of consumer of it and we made it mandatory
so no need to have it under a cryptic name.

Call the subclassed IF_EQOS_INIT before trying to read the mac, clocks
and reset needs to dealt with before we can read the registers.
|

|

We need to enable the clocks and deassert the resets for eqos to work
correctly.

Summary:
These came in the original DrvAPI commits in 2014, and are obsoleted by
bpf_mtap_if() and ether_bpf_mtap_if(). The `_if` suffix, rather than
prefix, conveys that it's operating on the bpf of the interface, instead
than the interface itself.

up to that fact and revert to their recommended match of BSD-2-Clause.
