Improve port:
- Switch from gz to xz in deps: reduce size in 1.6 times (235 => 144MiB)
- Move cmake from BUILD_DEPENDS to USES.
- Switch from hashes to tags in GH_TUPLE.
- Split long line.
- Replace PORTVERSION with DISTVERSION.
- Refresh patches.
- Refresh and remove upstreamed patches.
