- the port switches to USE_PYTHON=pep517 (the package metadata becomes
dist-info): setuptools and the PY_FLAVOR of the wheel dependency are
added to BUILD_DEPENDS (setup.py lists both as setup_requires), and
since the wheel's RECORD lists all compiled catalogs, they are no
longer listed by hand in pkg-plist; the man pages installed in
post-install stay
