While here:
- Regenerate some patches with `make makepatch` (pet portlint).
- Pet portfmt (adjust spacing of DEBUG?= line).
Changes:
* Support AWG3 net/amnezia-kmod interface, with backward compatibility
* Add support for the new AWG3 configuration parameters:
- HeaderProtectionKey
- ContentPaddingAddition
- RekeyAfterTime
- RekeyTimeout
- RejectAfterTime
- KeepaliveTimeout
- MaxHandshakeAttempts
- RandomTrailers
- DisableCookies
