Upgrade openoffice-devel to a new snapshot with multiple bug fixes.
Some of our patches have been upstreamed.
No longer use -Os optimization. It seems to be buggy.
Some non-default options can generate debug symbols, so always
strip the binaries when WITH_DEBUG is not set.
