- Use PKGNAMESUFFIX instead of "-" in PORTNAME.
- Move docs from pkg-plist to PORTDOCS.
- Parametrize USE_RC_SUBR, USERS, GROUPS with PORTNAME.
- Optimization in goals.
- Improve @sample in pkg-plist.
