- Replace PORTVERSION with DISTVERSION.
- Replace CPPFLAGS and LDFLAGS with USES+=localbase:ldflags.
- Sort USE_GL and USE_XORG.
- Fix strip libraries.
- Install docs only if DOCS option enabled.
- Use DESKTOPDIR.
- Install files in custom DATADIR.
- Merge TOUCH and REINPLACE_CMD.
