devel/heimdall: Update to 2.2.2, migrate to Qt6, take maintainershipHEADmain

Upstream has not moved since 1.4.2 and is stuck on Qt5. Switch the
source to the maintained Qt6 fork on git.sr.ht:
https://git.sr.ht/~grimler/Heimdall

- Raise compiler floor to C++17
- Drop the Findlibusb and link name patches, as the fork's CMake locates
  libusb through pkg-config
- Drop both MSVC nullptr-guard patches, since the fork fixed the guards
- Add a C++17 standard fix for the frontend target
- Add a later snprintf security bugfix (commit 72fe7627eb) via
  PATCHFILES
