Total hack to allow gcc32 to build on -CURRENT.
This hack makes gcc totally use our stock headers vs. the fixinc'ed ones. I don't like this change as I don't think there is any chance of getting this change back into the GCC repository and it is important that the stock GCC sources will bootstrap on FreeBSD 5.0.
