Foundry provides a platform for developer tools in GNOME
Foundry is a command line tool for creating applications, libraries,
and tools from the command line. It has robust integration with SDKs,
documentation, language servers, and more.
Add USE_LDCONFIG=yes to please portlint. (truckman)
