- python is added to CATEGORIES
- concurrent is added to USE_PYTHON (bin/ scripts are installed)
- portlint warnings are fixed
- the patch in files/ gets a header saying what it does and its upstream
status (Description, Issue ID, Changeset, TODO)
- the port switches to USE_PYTHON=pep517 (the package metadata becomes
dist-info)
