The built-in proxy strips the session cookie from WebSocket requests
as well, and cookies are set with the HttpOnly attribute. A new
--disable-file-cache flag keeps workspace files out of the browser
cache. A Vietnamese localization was added. Patterns prefixed with an
exclamation mark in files.exclude keep files visible inside excluded
folders.
