x11-clocks/xfce4-datetime-plugin: Deprecate EOLed softwareHEADmain

This xfce panel plugin has been EOLed by upstream. [1]

Marking it deprecated. No expiration is defined at present, but it
will fail to build with the next xfce desktop release, so an
expiration date will be added when the xfce release schedule will
be defined.
