ports-mgmt/fastest_sites: Fix runtime with modern bsd.sites.mk
fastest_sites currently can't parse entries like
https://archives.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/fedora/linux/%SUBDIR%/:DEFAULT,SOURCE
